Regular 30-Day Account
Payments are due 30 days from the delivery date or prior to your next delivery, which ever comes sooner.
Credit Card Payments
Rice Energy accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Call and speak to our Customer Service Representative to establish an automatic credit card payment of your transactions, no discount available when using credit card payments.
Senior Citizens
Fuel Oil and Kerosene customers 65 years or older are entitled to a 3¢ discount.
Cash Discount
Fuel Oil and Kerosene customers are entitled to a 10¢ per gallon discount when payments are made within 10 days of delivery. This does not apply to customers who are on either prepay or budget plans. Arrangements can be made to pay our drivers upon delivery.
Propane Volume Discounts
These discounts area based on a heating season's usage September through August.
Non-Credit Approved Customers;
C.O.D. (Will Call Account)
Deliveries will be made upon customer request and cash payment arrangements made or paid in the office prior to the delivery. We require a 150 gallon minimum delivery of Fuel Oil or Kerosene and a 24-hour delivery notice. A 72-hour notice required for propane deliveries. All Will-Call customers who allow their tanks to run out will be charged a $75.00 delivery fee for same day delivery and a $10.00 prime and start fee.
